All I have to say is WOW!! I didn’t have real high hopes on my floors bc there was paint ALL OVER THEM but just WOW!! I only have 2 before pics but the after pics are everything! So very thankful for floor medic!! And the before pics are nothing compared to how bad they really were!

In short, it was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end and the work was top-notch! I highly recommend them! I pulled the entire carpet out of a project car because it had been neglected for so long. I quickly realized that I was "in over my head" and the little shampoo machine I have at home was just not going to be big enough to handle this job. With a quick google search, the first local, non-sponsored business that appeared was FloorMedic. I gave them a call and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone. The $150 they quoted was well worth the time and energy I would have spent fumbling around trying to clean this carpet!!! I only had to wait a few days and when I picked it up, it was rolled up all nice and neat. I could not have asked for a better experience!

If you need your carpets cleaned this is the only number to call. Period. They were professional, fast, on time, fairly priced, and most of all, my carpets are brand new! They went above and beyond to help us get our new house move in ready in regards to the floors. If I ever need my floors cleaned again I will not hesitate to call Able. I can't stress enough how nice it was to experience good old fashioned customer service. I forgot how nice that was. I'd give 10 stars if possible.

Service master out of Longview was GREAT! Richard got to my home shortly after a tree was propelled through my roof and window. Scary storm but Service master got help to me right away. Follow up was just as efficient the next day with Kyle and Dakota coming to continue to assess damage and see what we needed to get through the mess. All three service men were polite, helpful, and extremely efficient!!! I highly recommend!!!

While the men came out and set fans and humidifiers out to dry out my home.. that's all they did. I was charged for services they did not do and I eye witnessed these services were not done. I feel this is fraud. So unhappy and would never recommend this company to anyone.. the company is right and the consumer who witness what was and was not done doesn't matter.

Avoid this company at all costs, or it will cost you more than you can imagine in money, time, frustration, unfinished, incomplete, and incompetent, shoddy work. A friend of mine has been seriously overcharged for terrible work that ran into tens of thousands of dollars. She is a single older individual on a limited income, with little experience in dealing with contractors and subcontractors... and Flood Out took terrible advantage of her naive and trusting nature. Once her insurance played out and others stepped in, and she fired Flood Out for not completing their shoddy work, FO is holding her furniture hostage in their storage facility for additional payment. I've heard from others this company is not to be trusted, overcharges for substandard work, takes much longer than necessary for any work they actually do... and after witnessing myself the work / repairs they did at her home, I'm convinced the reports of their malicious activities may well be understated. Avoid this company. You can't believe their callous disregard for this woman and others I've heard about who suffered similar treatment. Additionally, I've been told they lie in their responses to negative reviews, so there is ample reason, and from what I saw, evidence, these people are not to be trusted. At minimum, the District Attorney should investigate them for deceptive trade practices, unlawful conversion, conspiracy to commit fraud and theft.

After an unfortunate and damaging hot water heater leak, I was in need of a clean up crew. Servpro of Longview sent out technicians AD, BE, DE, & AS. These 4 individuals were very hardworking & professional, always calling me “Mrs. Ashley” and happy to work around my schedule. I hope I don’t need them back but if another accident occurs I’ll definitely be calling ServPro of Longview.

I was pleased by the ServPro services at my residence provided by Amber and Blake. Water leaks in lines in attic damaged bathroom, two bedrooms, and around kitchen sink. They worked for 2.5 weeks bringing in other staff as needed. They always let me know when to expect them and kept me advised of any issues found. Blake and Amber were also mindful of my pets keeping doors closed as needed. Thanks for sending such a hard working and empathetic team. I want to provide a new review of ServPro staff. On 1/16/2025, ServPro staff Ulysses and Ceasar returned my furniture along with 14 boxes. They arrived on time and completed their work in an hour. They were polite and took great care moving the furniture back to insure not to scratch it or new drywall. They noticed 3 wheels on the bed frame were broken. I was not aware of this damage. They said they would find new wheels and return with them tomorrow or next week. I'm very pleased with their services.
